How long does my order take to ship?

If you are purchasing from our currently available selection, you’re order should arrive within a week or so.

If you are ordering from our Made to Order selection, the order has to be made first. This may take 3-5 weeks before it ships. Our ceramicist will communicate with you as the process moves along!

Do you offer international shipping? 

Currently we only offer shipping within the US.

What is your return policy? 

Returns are welcome so long as the consumer assumes the cost of shipping and the item is returned in tact.

What if my item arrives broken?

Ceramics are fragile and accidents happen! We are so sorry for the inconvenience of your item arriving damaged and work hard to ensure these instances are rare occasions. Send us a picture of your broken item and we can either refund or replace the product.
